Services
BARWARCHi provides curated food and bar catering services for private and corporate events. Services may include:
- Food preparation and catering
- Beverage and bar services
- Event setup and staffing
- Customized menu planning
All services are subject to availability and confirmation..
Booking & Reservations
- All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement).
- A non-refundable deposit of 60% is required to secure your booking.
- Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees:
- 15 days before event: 35% Charged, balance issued as credit note
- 0-5 days before event: No refund
Credit notes are valid for 45 days and redeemable against future bookings.
- Any costs already incurred will be deducted from refunds.
Changes to Booking
- Changes to guest count, menu, or services must be communicated at least 2days before the event.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate event details (location, timing, guest count).
- Ensure proper permits and permissions for alcohol service if required by law.
- Provide a safe working environment for staff.
- Be responsible for any damages caused by guests
Food Safety and Allergies
- While we take precautions, BARWARCHi cannot guarantee that dishes are free from allergens.
- Clients must inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
- We are not liable for allergic reactions if not previously disclosed.
Alcohol Service
- Alcohol will only be served to individuals of legal drinking age.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or inappropriate guests.
- Compliance with local alcohol laws is mandatory.
Liability
- BARWARCHi is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents, government restrictions).
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services.
Equipment and Property
- Any equipment provided remains the property of BARWARCHi.
- Clients are responsible for loss or damage to equipment during the event.
Intellectual Property
- All menus, branding, and service concepts remain the intellectual property of BARWARCHi.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Privacy
- We respect your privacy and will only use your information for service-related purposes.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru | IND
Amendments
BARWARCHi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated where applicable.
