Services
1. The Service Vending Company provides catering services for events and gatherings. By using our services, you agree to be bound by our menu offerings, pricing, and policies. All orders must be placed in advance, and payment must be received in full prior to the event.
2. Prices are subject to change in case of modification in the menu or the minimum guarantee mentioned.
3. A 5% service charge on Food and Beverage is levied on the bill.
4. 5% GST is levied on the bill.
5. Logistics Costs Includes cost for transportation, accommodation (if required), manpower and other miscellaneous charges.
Payment
6. 100% Advance Payment at the time of confirmation.
7. If paying by cheque or bank transfer, payment must be received no later than 5 business days prior to the event. If payment is not received, The Service Vending Company reserves the right to cancel the order.
Cancellation Policy
8. Cancellations must be made no later than 7 business days prior to the event. If a cancellation is made after this time, a fee of 50% of the total order will be charged. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event, the full amount will be charged.
Changes to Menu and Services
9. The Service Vending Company reserves the right to make changes to the menu or services offered at any time. If changes are made, we will make every effort to notify you in advance.
Limitation of Liability
10.The Service Vending Company will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to release us from any claims or damages arising from the event.

11.All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Service Vending Company and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content on this website without written permission from The Service Vending Company.
